The Project

This Rochester property needed full garden maintenance to bring it back to a clean, polished look for the season. Over time, plants had developed dead growth and heavy lower foliage, mulch had broken down, and edges had lost definition.

We started by deadheading and removing dead and lower growth from all garden plants to promote healthier growth and a cleaner appearance. The bushes were carefully maintained by removing all lower growth, preserving a neat, bonsai-style shape while improving airflow and visibility throughout the garden.

Once the plants were cleaned up, we added fresh shredded red mulch to restore color, protect the soil, and help suppress weeds. We also redefined all garden edges and removed weeds throughout the beds to give the landscape a crisp, well-maintained finish.

To complete the project, we power washed the front paver walkway to remove built-up dirt and organic growth, then resealed the pavers. This not only refreshed the appearance with a clean, wet look but also helps extend the life of the pavers and reduce weeds growing between the joints.
