The Project

This Irondequoit property was experiencing water pooling along the foundation due to much-needed regrading around the home. Over time, standing water can lead to foundation issues, erosion, and moisture problems inside the house.

To correct the issue, we brought in approximately six yards of top soil and regraded the property on all four sides of the home. The soil was carefully shaped to slope away from the foundation and then tamped down properly to ensure long-term stability and effective drainage.

Once the grading was complete, the newly shaped areas were converted into garden beds. These areas were finished with fresh mulch to help hold the soil in place, reduce erosion, and create a clean, finished appearance around the home.
