The Project

This Brighton property needed both functional and aesthetic improvements. Sections of the side and back yard were improperly graded, while a garden area along the opposite side had become overgrown and difficult to maintain. To solve these issues, we brought in 3 yards of high-quality topsoil and mulch to regrade the areas away from the house and improve drainage.

We also installed durable garden edging along the house and property lines, then added landscape fabric and fresh mulch to create a clean, low-maintenance garden. The edging and mulch not only improved the appearance of the beds but also protect the foundation and prevent weed growth.

In addition, stepping stones were rearranged in the remaining lawn areas, bare spots were reseeded and covered with straw, and front sidewalks and driveway edges were carefully trimmed to tie the property together. The result is a functional, well-drained yard with clean garden beds, healthy lawn, and fresh mulch that enhances curb appeal.
